Thanksgiving Boot Camp
11:00 am - 2:00 pm & 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
With Thanksgiving fast approaching, we still have time to teach you to make a wonderful meal. Our two-a-day intensive boot camp will feature two, 3-hour sessions, with a break to peruse the property, relax in our spa or grab a bite in our award-winning restaurant as you plot and plan your approach for Thanksgiving. This boot camp will include our Thanksgiving Super Sides class in the early session and our Holiday Pies as an evening session. Tickets may be purchased individually as well if you're looking for more concentration on a specific area of your Gobble Day game!
Thanksgiving Super Sides (11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
From Brussels sprouts to the best stuffing and vegetables, we will teach you how to make memorable Thanksgiving dishes that your family will love.
Holiday Pies (4:30 - 7:30 pm)
When family is around, there should always be pie! We'll explore the classic pies that make the holidays great and talk about substitutions that will make your treat different than the rest!
Participation Level: Moderate
The most common type of class we offer features groups of participants preparing one or more dishes which contribute to the whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a timeframe and from a recipe as guided by the instructor, while learning about the subject and seeing other recipes prepared by other groups. A tasting of all dishes prepared will be the highlight of each class conclusion.
$85 - $170/person
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited.
