    Discover the superior taste of freshly made tofu. Join Minh Tsai, tofu master and founder of Hodo Soy Beanery, at the Cavallo Point Cooking School for a hands-on tofu making class. Learn about the history, art and science of making tofu, harvesting yuba (the cream of soymilk) and their applications. Coax out flavors through different cooking methods and handle various tofu textures. We will then use the freshly made tofu to create a delicious and healthy meal.
