In this fun and informative workshop, Happy Girl Kitchen founder, Jordan Champagne, will teach you all you need to know to make delicious marmalades. Following an introductory discussion covering the topics of hot water bath canning, the PH scale and food safety, learn how to make velvety marmalades with a perfect balance of sweet, tart and sour. Experiment with recipes, combining different citrus and spices to create your own marmalades. We will make three marmalades with lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruits; and you will go home with one jar of each.
