Knife Skills 101

Sharp knives and a little bit of know-how make the work quick and easy in the kitchen. If you recently were gifted with some new knives, or just want to get better with the ones you had, you will learn proper ways to hold, use, and maintain a set of kitchen knives.
Participation Level: Heavy
Each participant or group of participants will produce the entire roster of items within the given subject of each class. Students should feel comfortable in working within a specific time frame, and working from recipes, chef's demos, and subject discussion. A great option for people with a bit more experience cooking and who feel comfortable in multitasking in a kitchen environment.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited.
