Catalunya (Catalonia) houses some of the most renowned restaurants and chefs in the world: Ferran Adrìa (El Bulli), the Roca brothers (El Celler de Can Roca), Carme Ruscalleda (Sant Pau). But Catalunya also has a long tradition of home cooking; most people still cook at home on a daily basis with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the market. In California we’re fortunate to have many similar ingredients. In this workshop, join Camila Loew to focus on traditional Catalan recipes that are easy to prepare at home.
