Sleep Tight, All Night: An Integrative Approach to Better Sleep
Please join us for Dr. Brad Jacobs' "Tuesdays to Your Health" monthly lecture series at Cavallo Point Lodge. In this workshop, you'll learn how to get a better night's rest. Discover simple tips and new treatments to improve your sleep, and learn about the relationships between sleep and aging, memory, weight gain, heart disease and other health issues.
"Tuesdays to your Health" is a monthly lecture series hosted by Dr. Brad Jacobs at the Cavallo Point Healing Arts Center & Spa; select Tuesdays of the month from 6:30–7:30 pm. Topics vary, lectures are complimentary and all are welcome to attend. Tea will also be served.
