Artisan Cheese of Northern California
Tuesday 1/13 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Come taste a selection of cheeses chosen from the multitude of local artisan and farmstead producers. Kelsie Kerr will lead you through the process of identifying, purchasing and storing cheese. In addition to explaining how to put together a proper cheese course and cheese platter, this cheese "intensive" will conclude with a demonstration and sampling of some favorite recipes.

Join in and prepare a seasonal farmer's market feast. Cook with produce grown within miles of Cavallo Point fresh from local farm stands. Prepare and learn about local Bay Area ocean-fresh fish and sustainably raised meats. After all the cooking, enjoy an unforgettable meal with wine to match.

  • Ricotta gnocchi with spinach and garlic
  • Roast sirloin of grassfed beef with horseradish-tarragon salsa, marinated onions and crispy straw potato cake
  • Tangerine and blood orange granitas with orange flower cream and cat's tongue cookies
