The launch of Cavallo Point’s Culinary Arts programs is an unprecedented collection of adventures and experiences that blend cooking classes, presentations, tastings and feasts. Cavallo Point sits at an amazing culinary crossroads. Rugged coasts, green pastures and picturesque farms, and lush orchards and vineyards offer a multitude of local ingredients whatever the season. Gifted artisans and vintners transform these raw materials into the finest wines, cheeses, preserves and more. These ingredients fill the pantries of our cooking school. Our kitchen is charming and comfortable, filled with natural light and beautifully equipped with the best tools of the trade. Each of our distinctive offerings gathers an intimate group together.
The Culinary Bon Vivant series offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the creative talent of noteworthy chefs, taste rare wines and dine on lavish meals cooked from the season’s bounty. Choose from one of our impressive pairings of top chefs and vintners to enjoy, with a small group of fellow bon vivants, three nights and two days of intimate cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and gala multi-course feasts.

Choose a Culinary Adventure and embark on an exciting five nights and four days of behind-the-scenes tours, hands-on cooking classes, and memorable meals made together with your kitchen colleagues. Our award-winning presenters and hands-on instructors will infuse you with their passion while sharing stories and tips to take home and savor. Each adventure is limited to a small group. You might tour a Marin County organic farm, visit the 'real' San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf for the morning catch or lend a hand in the local olive oil crush.

Plunge into a Culinary Immersion and learn first-hand from a master instructor. A festive dinner starts the experience, followed by four days of hands-on cooking classes in our state-of-the art cooking school. Celebrated vintners and artisan producers present tastings and seminars to complement each class. Lunch is a feast made with your fellow students. Your evenings are free to enjoy all that Cavallo Point and the surrounding Bay Area have to offer.
