The Heart of Yoga: Advanced Yoga for "Perfect" Beginners
With Master Teacher Mark Whitwell
December 7-12, 2008
About the Program
As a New Zealander, traveling the globe since 1978, Mark's teaching philosophy is that there is no linear progression and that each person must do their own yoga. Mark offers principles of practice, breath, movement and living that could be applied to any form of yoga one might want to explore. His teachings provide a model of ease and joy, in practice and in life. You will emerge from four days of asana and meditation with a new vocabulary and practices that resonate with your life and breath, as well as, insights that will likely change your thinking. Mark's gift is creating a space for you to do your own yoga and see your own beautiful reality.
