Stuck in a rut? Need to lose those last 5 pounds or get back on track? Then join Joanie Greggains for her 3-day Fitness Boot Camp for Women. You'll eat healthy food and participate in fitness activities designed to burn fat, condition heart and lungs, increase flexibility and tone your body. This is a wonderful gift to give yourself and a great way to get your friends together for a fun weekend. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Bio

Joanie Greggains is one of America's favorite health and exercise personalities. Her long-running television exercise show, "Morning Stretch," and her extremely popular fitness radio program, "The Joanie Greggains Show," have made her a respected authority in the health and fitness field. Joanie has written three books, including Total Body Shape Up, Fit Happens and the Fat Flush Fitness Plan, and has produced, choreographed, and starred in 15 exercise videos. She serves on the President's Council on Fitness and Health and, as a former educator herself, understands the importance of lifelong fitness education.

The program fee is $970 per program participant, double occupancy; or $720 per person for local residents (excludes lodging and breakfast). see details
The program includes all fitness classes, lectures, individual attention and instruction from Joanie, all meals and the hotel parking fee.
