Tina will deliver talks and lectures about how you can use the proven benefits of outdoor fitness to create and maintain your new healthy outdoor lifestyle.

At-a-Glance

  • The program has a maximum of approximately 20 guests.
  • The week begins with dinner on Sunday night and ends after breakfast Friday.
  • The fee is $1560 and includes instruction, materials, training, transportation, coaching and most meals (including five breakfasts, four lunches and four dinners).

Early morning call, head to Mount Tamalpais for a "traveling workout" on the slopes of Marin's famous landmark * Return to Cavallo Point for brunch and a workshop - From Maui to Manhattan-Create your Outdoor Gym* Afternoon and evening free to enjoy the San Francisco Bay Area * Visit our concierge to make dinner reservations or take in an opera or play

Thursday, September 11

Tina Vindum is the creator of Outdoor Fitness and the host of the national radio show "Outdoor Fitness with Tina Vindum" teaching millions of listeners how to turn the great outdoors into their personal gym. Tina is the leading national spokesperson for outdoor fitness programs development and environmental integration techniques. A former world champion mountain biker and inveterate athlete, Tina's workouts have been featured in numerous publications, both nationally and internationally, including SELF, Prevention, Fitness, Elle, and the New York Times.
