Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Programs:

• Registrations and Cancellations are to be done via phone at 888-651-2003.
• Prices and deposits are quoted on a per person basis, even if two participants are sharing the same accommodations.
• Prices include applicable taxes for the items included in the program.
• Space is limited so early registration is advised.
• Some programs can accommodate children 14 years of age or older. Please inquire.
• Program Advance Deposit is 50% of Program Price Per Person at the time of booking.
• Cancellations:
  • Within 31 days or more from the start date of the program, full refund minus $150 processing fee.
  • Within 30 days or less from the start date of the program, a $500 processing fee will apply and the remaining balance of the deposit will be held as a credit to apply toward a future program within 12 months.
• Cavallo Point reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment.  If a program is cancelled, we will contact you 3 weeks prior to the start date of the program to reschedule you for an alternate program, refund your deposit or make arrangements to hold your deposit for a future program reservation.  An additional $150 credit will be applied towards a future program booking.
• Cavallo Point is not responsible for fees associated with canceling or changing travel reservations. Please check with your airline about its cancellation policy.
• Deposits and cancellations for overnight accommodations are separate from program deposits and cancellation policies. Deposits for overnight accommodations canceling with more than 24 hour notice will be fully refundable. For cancellations on room accommodations, less than 24 hours in advance, a one night's room and tax fee will be assessed.
