For me, part of the fun of the holiday season are impromptu gatherings of friends and family. Some may find this type of entertaining daunting, but with a few quick and easy appetizers tucked away in your repertoire, "pop-up" house parties are nothing to fear. This class features four recipes from our kitchen created by two members of our culinary team, Allie Phelps and Jen Rudd. Enjoy!

Bring a wrapped gift to exchange; and no, it's not THAT easy... there will be rules to follow, but we'll fill you in once you arrive. Besides gift giving, we'll prepare pizzas and a few retro food items like 7-layer dip, Swedish meatballs and perhaps bacon, ricotta and maple poppers. Oh, and don't forget the wine.
