Facility Fee Includes

  • (6) total hours of function space for the ceremony and reception. Any events exceeding (6) total hours will be billed at a rate of $500 / hour
  • Complimentary upgrade to Mahogany Chiavari Chairs for indoor events
  • White wooden folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies
  • Current inventory of tables (including cocktail tables, and 60" or 72" dinner rounds)
  • Floor length linens
  • Hardwood dance floor (where applicable)
  • Setup and breakdown of all in-house furniture and linens
  • 
  • Complimentary dressing room for the bride (based on availability)
  • Complimentary suite for the bride and groom for the wedding night (based on availability)
