Learn The Art of Letting Go Through Meditation – Meditation Workshop Series

**Please note that this is a series of three (3) workshops  – October 10, October 17, October 24**

This specialized meditation workshop gets to the heart of one of our biggest challenges as humans: letting go. Whether it’s our attachments, desires, or expectations we place upon ourselves or others, we are all struggle with this at times. Tarika has designed these meditation processes to demystify and transform our sufferings.

You may be carrying grudges or an emotional charge against yourself or someone in your life. Perhaps you dwell on situations that feel unfair or unresolved. We typically hold onto resentments to protect ourselves from getting hurt again, but that often makes us even more susceptible to repeating our mistakes.

Holding onto to the past blinds us to what is happening here-now, which disconnects us from our intelligence and wisdom. Join us to become free of the past and learn to live in the moment to become happy and fulfilled!

About Tarika Lovegarden
Born into a family of pre-eminent meditation leaders and trained since childhood, Tarika Lovegarden carries forth her lineage by adapting timeless meditative traditions to contemporary life challenges.
