Shape Up in Cavallo Point’s Great Outdoors
The Well-Fit Outdoor Fitness program offers classes four days a week for all experience levels and ages, 14 and older. The 60-minute classes combine engaging workouts, top-notch certified trainers, fresh air and fun – all within Cavallo Point’s beautiful parkland setting.
Well-Fit workouts can be scaled to suit all fitness levels – so whether you’re ultra-fit or a fresh-faced beginner, you’ll find these classes both physically and mentally energizing and rewarding.
The liberal workout features lunges, squats, obstacle courses, battle and jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX and other activities that challenge all muscle groups and cardiovascular fitness. The high-intensity interval training incorporates the full range of fundamental and functional movements, including pushing, pulling, pressing, squatting, jumping and running. Classes not only build strength and stamina, but balance, flexibility, mobility, power, speed and more.
One-on-One personal training and couples training sessions are also available and should be booked at least 48 hours’ in advance. Spa facilities – such as showers, lockers, hot tub – are available to Well-Fit participants.

As a teenager, Colin Lewis struggled with weight issues. Fed up with being overweight, he changed his diet and made exercise a daily routine. Colin was able to shed the weight and keep it off. He became a trainer to help inspire others to do the same. Colin believes in the philosophy of balanced fitness, and carries this into his training sessions to help the individual not only achieve their wellness goals but also to maintain them. Well-suited to assist individuals with their wellness needs, Colin has 15 years of experience; numerous certifications; training modalities; and a thorough knowledge of body work, intuitive counseling and holistic wellness.
Mandy Hamilton says “Being active isn’t something you do, it is a way you live.” Originally from Kona, Hawaii, Mandy grew up surfing, trail running and competitively swimming. After swimming at the top of her conference in college, Mandy found her way to Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. There she served as the Manager of Operations at a well-known fitness and rock climbing gym where she taught group fitness classes like Insanity, Pump and Spin. Now living in San Francisco, Mandy has continued to work for a premium fitness club in management and as an instructor. In her free time, Mandy enjoys cooking healthy food, (her food blog: theloveofood.com), working out in Golden Gate Park, and planning her next world travels.
Ramon Macedo has always been interested in health and the benefits of physical fitness for body, mind and soul. As a child, he spent many days in his local health club where he learned to swim and was introduced to gymnastics and soccer. Ramon later became very involved in mixed martial arts, which taught him discipline and focus. Ramon’s early introduction to sports influenced him to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Seeing the positive effects on fitness on his body and life, Ramon became a personal trainer, now in his 13th year. He also has instructed many group classes, including BOSU, spin, kickboxing, boot camp, abs, kettlebells, 50+, and strength conditioning for boxing and football. Deanna Brolly is a results-driven personal trainer with over 15 years of fitness, yoga and personal training experience. She shows her passion and love for fitness by coaching people of all fitness levels and age, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals, whether training for a short-distance marathon, losing weight or living a more balanced lifestyle. Her high-quality personal training services with numerous health and wellness options offer inspiring reinforcement that motivate each individual to “just move”! With a motto of “Sessions with a Smile,” Deanna is known for her positive, goal-oriented attitude, genuine personality and vast fitness knowledge. When she’s not training for the next Olympic Triathlon, running a 10K, or coaching clients, you’ll find Deanna hiking, biking or exploring her new-found passion of photography in Marin County.
