Flavors of Vietnam: Pho and Beyond

Vietnamese cuisine has never been more popluar, and a lot of it is easily done at home! From pho to summer rolls and banh xeo, we'll touch base on everything you love to order so you can make it at home!
Participation Level: Moderate
The most common type of class we offer features groups of participants preparing one or more dishes which contribute to the
whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a timeframe and from a recipe as guided by the instructor, while learning about the subject and seeing other recipes prepared by other groups. A tasting of all dishes prepared will be the highlight of each class conclusion.
