Cajun cuisine is delicious, flavor filled, and easy to do with the right technique and know-how. We'll cover the basics in this class from gumbo to boudin, jambalaya to Étouffée, and the best of this regional cuisine will leave you happy, full, but ready for more!
Participation Level: Moderate
The most common type of class we offer features groups of participants preparing one or more dishes which contribute to the
whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a timeframe and from a recipe as guided by the instructor, while learning about the subject and seeing other recipes prepared by other groups. A tasting of all dishes prepared will be the highlight of each class conclusion.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited.
