For Your Health: Eating in Color
Join Chef and Certified Nutrition Consultant Camila Loew in this class dedicated to the subject of cooking the rainbow! It's no secret that a colorful diet is a more healthy one, and the recipes and tips covered in this class will highlight the best ways to keep your meals colorful, and tasty, to appeal to all your senses and satisfy both your taste buds and your health with an array of colors and nutrients.
Participation Level: Heavy
Each participant or group of participants will produce the entire roster of items within the given subject of each class. Students should feel comfortable working within a specific timeframe, and working from recipes, chef's demos, and subject discussion. A great option for people with a bit more experience cooking and who feel comfortable multitasking in a kitchen environment.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited.
