The Empanadas of South America with Meggan Arnoux

Empanadas are universally loved all around South America, and rightfully so! They're able to be taken on the go, and can be filled with a myriad of fillings! We'll be exploring the regional differences that distinguish each as special. Guest Chef Meggan Arnoux will showcase the different styles and techniques to make your guests droool!
Participation Level: Moderate
The most common type of class we offer features groups of participants preparing one or more dishes which contribute to the
whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a timeframe and from a recipe as guided by the instructor, while learning about the subject and seeing other recipes prepared by other groups. A tasting of all dishes prepared will be the highlight of each class conclusion.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited.
