Mastering Pâte à Choux

Pâte à Choux might be the most versatile dough in both the savory and sweet kitchens. The base for éclairs, Parisienne gnocchi, cream puffs, churros, and Gougeres, we'll teach each person in this class to make pate choux, and all the fun you can have with it!
Participation Level: Moderate
The most common type of class we offer features groups of participants preparing one or more dishes which contribute to the whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a time frame and from a recipe as guided by the instructor, while learning about the subject and seeing other recipes prepared by other groups. A tasting of all dishes prepared will be the highlight of each class conclusion.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 24 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so more than 72 hours ahead of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Classes not specified as a "Kids Class" require a minimum age of 15 years old. Anyone under age 15 will not be permitted.
