Hosted in outdoor cabanas amidst our beautiful National Park setting, the Oyster Experience at Cavallo Point is a unique opportunity to enjoy our extraordinary bounty of local oysters in a variety of ways. Chef Jeff Chase, Director of the Cavallo Point Cooking School, will welcome you with an introduction to oyster shucking and a brief lesson on oyster grilling, then give you the necessary tools along with all the accoutrements and let you have at it! Additional menu items as well as wines are also available for advance purchase.
