We invite you to enjoy our facilities; escape for a few hours, the afternoon or a whole day. Bring a book, a friend, your iPod. Be sure to check the Activities Calendar so you can plan any classes, lectures or meals around your treatments. Organic lunch and beverages are available onsite at the Tea Bar. You'll feel like a new you in just one day.

Daily Yoga at Cavallo Point Lodge
Jump-start your day with morning yoga sessions in the inspiring Mission Blue Chapel. Yoga Passes are available for $15 per class. Purchase a 10-Class Pass and receive a 10% discount. Classes, 60-minutes long, are held Monday-Friday at 7:30 am; Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 am.
