Gina lives with such a passion and zest for life, it is truly a joy to watch. Scott plays the perfect calm and engaged counter -point to this, and I loved the way their beautiful day came out after many months of planning. There was a vintage feel to the details of Gina and Scott’s wedding day, planned by the wonderful women of Outlined Productions. Mis-matched antique frames were used for the table numbers, a chalkboard sign highlighted the menu in place of individual menu cards at the table, and the entire room was awash in candle light. The highlight of the night was an incredibly fun and playful choreographed first dance- just the right touch of sillyness added to tradition to highlight their amazing chemistry. Paige Bertelsen worked beautiful magic, capturing all of the happiest moments of this day.

I know what you are thinking. If we spend the weekend, he isn’t going to want to come to a bridal show. Think again! With our gentlemen’s lounge complete with cigar rolling, Trumer and Lagunitas beers and an ESPN feed, he will be entertained as well.
Arrive early and get your name on the list for a complementary make-up tutorial from Christina Choi Cosmetics, pick-up a swag bag, and enjoy a glass of Iron Horse Wedding Cuvee. Stay for the Purple Monkey Photobooth, live music from The All Stars, and play dress-up in a selection of fabulous new dresses from And Something Blue.
With a hand-picked selection of our favorite vendors (only one in each category so you don’t get overwhelmed), our show is a one-stop-shop to help you brainstorm your special day and meet just the right people to help you pull it off, while enjoying an afternoon of food, wine and music.
We are beyond excited to announce that Oye Productions has joined the Love Tour, and will be showcasing their Cuban Cigar Rollers in the gentleman’s lounge. We think this is such a fun addition to the show, and alongside Lagunitas and Trumer Pilsner there will be plenty of entertainment for your fiance while you make plans for your special day! Vicki and Brooks are a couple that care about the details. It was so fun to work with them on plans for this beautiful dinner, as we share a love of beautiful food and wine and they were careful to make this a meal their guests would rave about. A cheese course was added, and a special venison and lobster entree created to satisfy their large game loving group. The couples favorite wines were paired with each course. The children were not forgotten either, with chocolate mousse mice with chocolate tails served at dessert. This intimate wedding was a family and food focused evening filled with candlelight and laughter. Beautiful photos captured by Silvania Difranco.
We are THRILLED to announce that Lilikoi Design and Letterpress has recently joined the Love Tour, and will be showcasing their beautiful wedding invitations at our show. We think this is the perfect paper company to include given their beautiful designs combined with a commitment to keeping the letterpress arts as environmentally friendly as possible!

Cavallo Point is so well situated amidst beautiful trees, the bay and the Golden gate Bridge, that it makes sense to take as much advantage of the setting as possible. One way to do this, is to host your wedding or special event in a tent on our Mission Blue or Kober Lawns. Don’t get me wrong, hosting a tented event is a LOT more work than making use of our beautiful event spaces, but for the right couple this can really be the perfect fit, and the right group of vendors can pull off a tented event flawlessly like the ones pictured here.
Please join Cavallo Point and LVL Events for an afternoon with our favorite vendors- see amazing tabletops by Kathleen Deery Design and Wine Country Party, play in a Purple Monkey Photobooth, and get a make-up tutorial from Christina Choi Cosmetics. Also showcasing the amazing line of designer gowns and bridesmaids dresses from the newly expanded And Something Blue bridal boutique!
Arrive early for a complimentary toast of Iron Horse Wedding Cuvee to start the afternoon off right. Additional beverages provided by One Hope, and delicious bites and wedding cake from the amazing catering team at Cavallo Point. We hope you will make it a weekend with one of our packages that includes an overnight stay and tickets to the event (The perfect Valentine’s weekend retreat). Gentleman’s lounge sponsored by Lagunitas and Trumer Pilsner at the back, to keep him entertained while you plan for the big day!

Mary and Michael’s wedding was a celebration of their beautiful family, and the love shows through in every photo. They hoped to create a tropical beach vibe, incorporated within the details of the ceremony in the Mission Blue Chapel and reception in our Tidewater Room. Kate’s Blossoms created a beautiful chuppah integrated with orchids for the ceremony. The Tidewater, designed by Kate and the couple’s amazing planners at I Do Wedding Management, shone like never before with this lovely wedding. The rust colored draperies were paired with a bright aqua blue, and beautiful graphic linens including both colors. Wavy seaglass touches, sand-dollar escort cards, and drift wood table number holders brought the theme together effortlessly. In place of a guest book, a station was set-up for guests to each write a message in a bottle for the couple.
Kari and Kevin’s wedding was deep-intake-of-breath- at-first-sight, kind of pretty. So pretty that it surprised me, even though I have seen hundreds of weddings. But I shouldn’t be shocked by this. Kari is the fabulous owner of a home design business, and her collaboration with one of my very favorite planners, Lisa McNichol of And Something Blue, yielded something very special. The design for Verbena Room was classic, creams with an underlying tone of gold and a little bit of sparkle. Torryne from Birch knocked the flowers out of the park with beautiful whites and natural colors adoring the queens tables. Calligraphy details tied it all together. Cocktails took place throughout the second floor of the restaurant building, using the exquisite table in Mariposa for a lavish cheese display. Following the dinner in Verbena, the group moved up to Mission Blue set with gold sparkly linens with a subtle polka dot theme and beautiful lounge areas to end the evening with DJ Jason Mitchell keeping the party going. The incredible Anna Kuperberg was on-site to record it all.
