Come try one of Spain’s most well known and favorite dishes. The dish takes its name from the wide, shallow traditional pan used to cook it over an open fire, “paella” being the word for a frying pan in the Valencian/Catalan language.

Spanish Tapas Board – Iberico Ham and Veggies
Butter Lettuce Salad with Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette
Vegetable Paella
Paella Valencia
Warm Churros with Chocolate and Caramel Sauces
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. Additional drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
