As the City emerges from winter and a fresh breeze replaces the brisk chill in the air, spring vegetables are appearing on bistro menus. Come and enjoy the best of the season with a classic Roman flair. Buon Appetito!

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
