The Bright, Airy Kitchen with Plenty of Elbow Room
The spacious Cooking School is approximately 1,200 square feet in size, and is filled with the latest kitchen appliances, tools, and accessories.
It features four workstations for our hands-on classes. For demonstration classes, two flat-screen TVs linked to adjustable cameras provide a close-up look, and comfortable chairs and tables accommodate the students. When the meal is ready, country-wood tables and Heath Ceramics complete a wonderful dining experience.
Hosted in outdoor cabanas amidst our beautiful National Park setting, the Oyster Experience at Cavallo Point is a unique opportunity to enjoy our extraordinary bounty of local oysters in a variety of ways.
The exclusive, chef-driven experience showcases an intimate evening full of exceptional food and wine for small groups of guests.
