The Cavallo Point Cooking School

Filled with natural light and top-of-the line culinary equipment, this Bay Area cooking school offers an ever-changing roster of classes and programs flavored by the bounty of organic offerings from the San Francisco Bay Area.
With a maximum capacity of 25 people in the hands-on cooking classes and 30 in the demonstration classes, all classes are led with a keen eye toward seasonality, sustainability, and stewardship by Cooking School Director and Head Chef Tony Adams.
The Bright, Airy Kitchen with Plenty of Elbow Room
The spacious Cooking School is approximately 1,200 square feet in size, and is filled with the latest kitchen appliances, tools, and accessories.
It features four workstations for our hands-on classes. For demonstration classes, two flat-screen TVs linked to adjustable cameras provide a close-up look, and comfortable chairs and tables accommodate the students. When the meal is ready, country-wood tables and Heath Ceramics complete a wonderful dining experience.
The exclusive, chef-driven experience showcases an evening full of exceptional food and wine for up to six guests.
