Creating The Perfect Holiday Brunch

Time: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

Prepare a brunch your family and friends will be talking about for the rest of the holiday season.

Menu may include:

Orange Currant Scones with Citrus Honey Butter

Spinach Caramelized Onion & Cheese Cast Iron Frittata

Millionaire Bacon – Brown Sugar, Black Pepper

Brioche French Toast with Maple Caramelized Pear Compote and Vanilla Bean Cream

Chorizo Breakfast Sliders with Warm Soft Rolls

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
