Baking Series: The Art of the Croissant

Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley), Building 602

Time: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm


We all love eating them, but if you have ever thought about making them at home, the process can be a bit daunting. Let our chefs help de-mystify the techniques that will help you create beautiful quality croissants at home. We will cover the techniques and tips behind making an artisan quality dough as well as shaping, proofing, and baking. A light lunch will be prepared to keep your strength up!

Classic Butter Croissants

Pain au Chocolate

Almond Croissants

Ham & Cheese Croissants

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
