Destination Cooking Series – Hands-On Culinary Journey: Champagne

Immerse yourself in the cuisine and wines of the region without having to get on a plane.

Potato Leek Soup with Brioche Croutons
Haricot Vert with Butter and Herbs
Roasted Parsnips & Baby Carrots
Capon au Champagne
Carbonnade de Boeuf
Roasted Pears with Champagne Sabayon
*Two glasses of hand-selected wines to complement the regional menu are included.
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
Beer, wine, and sparkling wine will be available for purchase on-site. Tickets include complimentary valet or self-parking. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded.
