Classic Bistro Salad with Country Bread


Pissaladiere – Caramelized Onion Tarte and Nicoise Olives

Boullabaisse – Halibut, Clams and Calamari

Daube – Traditional Provencal Beef Stew

Tarte Tropezienne au Framboise

*Two glasses of hand-selected wines to complement the regional menu are included.

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. If a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. The minimum age for public classes is 15 years old unless otherwise noted.ill not be refunded.
