Originally based in Cantonese cuisine, Dim Sum has evolved to include regional dishes from many of the Chinese provinces. Enjoy a relaxing meal of delicious bites and learn how to make some of your favorites at home!

Menu may include:

Har Gow – Shrimp Dumplings

Gai-Lan – Chinese Broccoli

Steamed BBQ Pork Buns

Shrimp Spring Rolls

Steamed Black Bean Spare Ribs

Hong Kong Egg Tarts with Strawberry Compote

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
