Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley), Building 602

Time6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Encompassing the five fundamental tastes of Sweet, Sour, Bitter, Sour and Spicy, traditional Vietnamese cuisine is defined by the use of fresh ingredients with little dairy or oil. Many traditional dishes are influenced by the cuisines of China, Cambodia, Laos and France.


Menu may include:

Amazing Vegetable Pho

Prawn Bahn Xeo with Nuoc Cham Sauce

Rainbow Chard with Caramelized Shallots

Grilled Lemongrass Chicken

Braised Caramel Pork

Mango Coconut Rice Pudding


Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. If a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. The minimum age for public classes is 15 years old unless otherwise noted.
