Dating back to the 7th century BC, the rich flavors of Morocco are more similar to Middle Eastern cuisines than to the rest of Africa. Moroccan cuisine has always reflected the country’s cultural aspects with different, ancient regional traditions.
Menu may include:
Moroccan Carrot Salad
Classic Lentils
Moroccan Roasted Eggplant
Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons & Olives
Grilled Lamb Kebabs with Couscous
Traditional Almond Cookies and Moroccan Mint Tea
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
