Guided by Tarika, you’ll:

  • Experience presence not as effort or control, but as easeful arrival

This practice helps your nervous system shift from scattered and future-focused into grounded and here-and-now. It’s especially supportive if you feel pulled between devices, to-do lists, and constant stimulation.
