In this guided session, you’ll learn:

  • Simple practices to regulate your nervous system when emotions spike.
  • Ways to connect with your inner strengths, wisdom, and support

Tarika will guide you through techniques that transform emotional reactivity into thoughtful response. Instead of feeling trapped in old patterns, you’ll discover more choice, flexibility, and inner steadiness—even when circumstances are difficult or out of your control.
