For me, food always tastes even better on vacation. One of my favorite meals is a delicious lunch at an outdoor cafe on the streets of Paris. Learn how to recreate these beautiful dishes in between your travel adventures!

Croque Monsieur Bites – Béchamel, Gruyere Cheese and Ham
Braised Leeks with Champagne Vinaigrette
Smoked Trout Salad with Cucumbers, Heirloom Potatoes and Dijon Dressing
Moules Marinieres – Mussels, Fennel, White Wine and Grilled Country Bread
Classic Steak Frite with Maitre d’Hotel butter
Tarte Tatin – Caramelized Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
