Persian Delights

Time: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Known as Persian Cuisine in the Western world, this cuisine is comprised of influences from multiple other cuisines, including Greek, Levantine, Mesopotamian and Turkish. Traditionally including elements of meat, vegetables and nuts, there is also an abundant use of fruit and spices. Come join us while we explore this rich and vibrant cuisine.
The menu may include:
Salad-e Shirazi – Persian Cucumber, Tomato, Onion Salad
Crispy Tahdig
Kukune Sabzi – Persian Vegetable Casserole
Zereshk Polo Morgh – Persian Barberry Chicken
Khoresh -e Ghormeh Sabzi – Persian Lamb & Bean Stew
Persian Love Cake with Rose Water and Pistachios
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.

Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
