Stone Fruit Caprese with Fresh Mozzarella
Spicy Corn Shishito Salad with Cotija Cheese
Green Shakshuka
Roasted Zucchini, Mushroom and Bacon Cast Iron Frittata
Savory French Toast – Smoked Salmon, Capers and Dill
Raspberry Short Cake with Fromage Blanc Mousse
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Beer, wine, and sparkling wine will be available for purchase on-site. Tickets include complimentary valet or self-parking.
Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. If a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. The minimum age for public classes is 15 years old unless otherwise noted.
