Veterans Day Flyover & Fort Baker History Tour
Join us to commemorate Veterans Day as we salute our family members, neighbors, and all soldiers past and present.
We are pleased to welcome the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station as they fly over Cavallo Point Lodge at 1:15 p.m. in honor of the enlisted soldiers and their families who once called Fort Baker home.
From 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., join us for our Fort Baker History Tour. Our resident historian will lead you on an enlightening walk around the property, touring the Victorian homes, barracks, gymnasium, chapel, jailhouse, and other buildings that have been preserved and repurposed. (Meet at Reception, Building 601, 1st Floor.)
Cavallo Point is proud to continue the memories and shared stories of the Coast Artillery Corps, Sixth U.S. Army Air Defense Command, and the 91st Infantry Division.
A very special thank you to our neighbors and friends of The Guardians of The Golden Gate & the MH-65 Dolphin Helicopter Pilots – LCDR JJ Briggs, LTJG Tommy Smith, AET3 Francesco Pino and all stationed at Fort Baker under the command of the Travis Air Force Base.
