A complex and ancient cuisine, the traditional foods of Mexico are rooted in culture, social structure and tradition. Explore and celebrate some regional favorites.

Table-side Guacamole – Crispy Corn Chips

Esquites Street Corn Salad

Chicken Sopes with Refritos and Pico de Gallo

Pork Chili Verde

Barbacoa with Chipotle Sauce

Tres Leches Cake

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. If a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. The minimum age for public classes is 15 years old unless otherwise noted.
