Plant based eating has become a way of life for many people. While certainly not new, we will take this ancient approach and create modern and delicious options for the way we eat today. Learn how to create amazing vegan dishes your family and friends will love!

Tri-Color Quinoa Salad with Grilled Plums and Fennel
Miso Glazed Mushrooms and Roasted Red Onions
Warm Farro Salad with Maple-Roasted Acorn Squash
Vegan Sweet Potato Pasta with Roasted Peanuts and Fresh Herbs
Chickpea Stew with Cauliflower, Zucchini and Baby Spinach
Vegan Peach Cobbler with Coconut Creme Fraiche
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Should you need to cancel your class reservation, you may do so within 72 hours of the scheduled class start time without penalty and a full refund will be extended. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
Beer, wine, and sparkling wine will be available for purchase on-site. Tickets include complimentary valet or self-parking.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded.
