Todd Pickering

"In many senses, I'm just a defender of beauty.
Of course, then there is the debate over what beauty is.
For me it is just one thing: Quiet.
That's the nature of it. It's very simple."

Todd Pickering received his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute, where he concentrated on landscape photography and sculpture. Travels have taken him from above the Arctic Circle in Norway to the rainforests of Hawaii and the jungles of Sri Lanka. In recent years, you'll find him walking the curves and edges of California's Point Reyes region.
