Tarika Lovegarden will guide you through each segment of sending prayers of ease and goodwill towards yourself, those dear to you, people you struggle with, and all living beings.

This well-rounded practice connects you to the source of loving-kindness, giving you profound access to your heart and deeper nature. Loving-kindness can transform self-destructive habits, and release emotional grudges, inspiring you to find healthier, more nourishing ways to fulfill your needs.

Practiced towards others, loving-kindness can dissolve animosity in relationship, strengthening your ability to enjoy more nurturing connections. Don’t be surprised when you experience spontaneous bouts of kindness in your everyday interactions, and it becomes your natural resting-place of being.
