Are You Gonna Drink That? Cooking with Wine! (SOLD OUT)

Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley Bar), Building 602
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Using sauteing, braising, and poaching techniques, we'll learn to create beautiful dishes with wine.


Menu may include:

Braised Leeks with Honey and White Wine

Halibut with Rice Wine and Cucumber Sesame Salad

Chicken Marsala

Mushroom & Spinach Saute with White Wine

Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks with Polenta

Port Roasted Pear and Mascarpone Parfaits

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
