The Comfort Food of New England Winters
Chef Tony Adams grew up in Maine, where winters are long and cold. He'll teach you the classic recipes that his family, friends, and neighbors hold near and dear when the weather turns chilly.
Participation Level: Moderate
The most common type of class we offer features groups of participants preparing one or more dishes which contribute to the whole menu prepared by the entire class. Participants should feel comfortable working within a time frame and from a recipe as guided by the instructor, while learning about the subject and seeing other recipes prepared by other groups. A tasting of all dishes prepared will be the highlight of each class conclusion.
To redeem a Cavallo Point Lodge gift card towards a cooking class, or if you need to purchase more than ten tickets for your group, please call The Cooking School directly at 415.339.4799. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the full cost of the class will be forfeited. Classes not specified as a "Kids Class" require a minimum age of 15 years old.
