Cooking with Wine (Are you gonna drink that?) - SOLD OUT!
Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley Bar), Building 602
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Using sauteing, braising, and poaching techniques, we'll learn to create beautiful dishes with wine.
Menu may include:Braised Fennel
cucumber + sesame salad
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
Please note: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all attendees.
