Farmers Market

Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley Bar), Building 602
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Learn to develop a menu with fresh, local ingredients found at the farmers market.

For this class, we will be using heirloom tomatoes and melons at the height of the season, as well as summer squash and corn, wild mushrooms, stone fruit, and berries.

Menu may include:

Caramelized Stone Fruit Salad
baby arugula, sonoma goat cheese, walnuts, mint vinaigrette

Heirloom Tomato Crostata
marin brie, pistou

Organic Chicken Paillard
foraged mushrooms, marsala

grilled corn, summer zucchini, squash puree, parmesan, chive

Grilled Swordfish
charred cucumber + sweet melon gazpacho

Fresh Berry + Citrus Sabayon
sugar cookie

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
