Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Japanese food is often recognized as art with regard to seasonality and visual presentation. Explore fresh ingredients, prepared in a manner that brings out the truest flavor of the ingredients and prepared to appeal to the eyes as well as to the palate. 

Menu may include:

Yakitori - Traditional Grilled Small Skewers with Marinated Chicken & Vegetables

Oisshi Prawns - Seasonal Vegetable Tempura Tentsuya Dipping Sauce

Hijiki Salad - Edaname - Avocado - Aburaage

Sushi + Sashimi - Fresh Fish, Sushi Rice, Toasted Seaweed, Avocado, Cucumber, Unagi, Trout Roe, Pickled Ginger, Wasabi

Mango Mochi - Green Tea Ice Cream
