Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley), Building 602
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Japanese food is often recognized as art with regard to seasonality and visual presentation. Explore fresh ingredients, prepared in a manner that brings out the truest flavor of the ingredients and prepared to appeal to the eyes as well as to the palate. 

Menu may include:

Yakitori - Traditional Grilled Small Skewers with Marinated Chicken and Shishito, Shiitake

Oisshi Prawns - Seasonal Vegetable Tempura with Tentsuyu Dipping Sauce

Hijiki Salad - Edamame and Avocado

Sushi Rolls - Sushi Rice, Toasted Seaweed, Avocado, Cucumber, Crab, Spicy Tuna with Pickled Ginger and Wasabi

Kampachi Crudo with Citrus and Jalapeño

Green Tea Ice Cream - Mangos


Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
